Hardware Keylogger - Key Features - Configurable logging

The CONFIG.TXT file, contained in the Flash Drive root folder, can be used to configure the USB hardware key logger. Any text editor can be utilized to produce such a configuration file but it must contain the following text:

Password=KBS
LogSpecialKeys=Medium
DisableLogging=No

This file should be copied to the root folder in Flash Drive mode. The configuration is loaded upon start-up of the next record mode.

Hardware Keylogger Configurable logging

A password sets the 3-key combination that triggers Flash Drive mode. It’s possible to use any key combination composed of 3 letters (sequence is irrelevant). KBS is the default value.

LogSpecialKeys fixes the logging level for special keys (e.g. Enter, Escape, F1...F12 etc). Brackets are used to denote special keys i.e. [Ent]. Values permitted are None (only text is logged), Medium (text with basic function keys are logged), and Full (text with all special keys are logged). The default value is set at Medium.

DisableLogging allows logging to be deactivated. However, this does not interfere with mode switching. Values permitted are Yes (logging disabled) and No (logging enabled). The default value is No.
