Hardware Keylogger - Key Features - Operation of flash drive mode
When data has been logged in record mode, it can be recalled on any PC with a USB port, which is easily done by switching to Flash Drive mode. Just connect the USB hardware key logger and keyboard in the same manner as before when using record mode.
A built-in 3-key combination is contained within each device (by default K, B, S). Flash Drive mode is triggered by pressing these 3 keys simultaneously. The key logger automatically responds as a mass storage device.
The Flash Drive contains the file LOG.TXT with a text log of all captured information. Keystroke data is formatted in the same way as it appears onscreen, with special keys in brackets ([Ent], [Esc], [Del] etc.). All text editing software can be used to view and search this file (e.g. Notepad or MS Word).
