Una volta installato e avviato, Refog registra tutte le battute di tastiera fatte dall’utente, agendo come un registratore tasti. Questa funzione permette di memorizzare tutti i dati inseriti da un impiegato tramite una tastiera, compresi i chat, i nomi utente, le password, le email, le richieste di ricerca e altri contenuti. Oltre alla registrazione tasti, Refog è anche capace di registrare il testo copiato.
Registrazione cronologia Web
Anche se gli utenti cancellano la storia del loro browser, le informazioni vengono salvate nel database di Refog e rimangono sempre disponibili grazie alla funzione dei resoconti. Vengono raccolte tutte le informazioni importanti, compresi gli URL visitati, i titoli delle pagine e l’ora.
Application monitoring
Refog può registrare tutti i programmi eseguiti sul vostro PC, quindi è possibile stabilire se un impiegato sta sprecando il suo tempo offline (cioè giocando al solitario invece di lavorare).
