If you would like to translate Password Spectator
interface to your own language it is very simple. To translate the
program, locate the folder where you have installed Password Spectator and find the 'Lang.txt' file.
Open it using any text editor.
You will se something like this:
[Lang]
Always on Top=
View password:=
Tray mode=
…
What it is necessary to do ?:

Change [Lang] to the name of language you are translating
the program to, e.g. [French].

Write the translation after each '=' sign.

Then save file as 'French.lng' (use the name of language
you are translating the program to) to the folder where Password Spectator is located.

Once you open the Interface->Language French menu you
should see the new item representing this new interface language.
