The user-interface, the settings, and the use of this application are very easy to grasp. This though, does not mean the application isn't advanced. Logging of user's keystrokes.
Refog Employee Monitor logs all keys pressed by the user in every application. The program forms readable texts from keystrokes. Special key combinations are also logged. This allows you to have records of all text typed by your employees. This includes all their passwords, e-mail messages, etc.
Logging of screenshots.
Refog Employee Monitor can periodically grab copies of the user's screen too. This allows you to visually monitor a user's activities.
Clipboard monitoring.
Refog Employee Monitor monitors the Windows Clipboard. When your user copies a piece of text to the Clipboard, it gets logged by the program.
URL monitoring.
Refog Employee Monitor records addresses opened in the user's Web browser. If there was a password typed, you will know in which page it was used.
In general, you will know what pages your employees visit.
The program can send the log files to you via e-mail or via FTP. Log files can be exported using various formats. You can easily import a log file into your spreadsheet, for example.
